Description Australian Country Choice is one of Australia’s leading vertically integrated beef supply chain companies, supplying premium products to both domestic and global markets. We are seeking an experienced Further Processing Supervisor to join our operations team and help drive performance, safety, and quality across our further processing operations based at our Cannon Hill Facility close proximity to Brisbane CBD. About the Role Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations within the Further Processing area to ensure production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate production teams to achieve daily and weekly targets Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, WHS, and animal welfare standards Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives Manage labour allocation, workflow, and shift planning Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner Maintain accurate production and compliance records Foster a positive, high-performance team culture About You Proven supervisory experience in a meat processing environment Strong understanding of further processing operations (value-added, packing, portioning, etc.) Solid knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP), WHS, and quality assurance Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement What ACC Offers Competitive salary and benefits Stable, long-term employment with a respected Australian company Career development and internal progression opportunities Supportive team environment focused on safety and performance If you are a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Australian Country Choice team.
