We’re looking for a strong, steady leader to head our Senior Squad football programme. In this role, you’ll build trust and confidence across the 1st XI and 2nd XI groups, bring clarity and consistency to training and match preparation, and help drive positive change across the Senior Squad programme. Working closely with the Head of Football and coaching team, you’ll focus on improving the student experience while also strengthening support and capability across the wider coaching group. Operating across multiple campuses, Shore delivers a comprehensive co-curricular programme that is central to School life. Essential Requirements Applicants must meet the requirements outlined in the Position Description, including but not limited to: Demonstrated playing and coaching experience in Football Appropriate coaching qualifications (or a willingness to obtain relevant accreditation) Strong communication skills suitable for a school environment The ability to work collaboratively within a structured sporting programme A positive, professional approach and genuine commitment to youth development A current NSW Working with Children Check Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Season Information The Football season runs across two terms, commencing in March 2026 and concluding in August 2026.
