Description We are seeking a dedicated assistant to enhance student engagement and well-being at Pulse Pantry. Working alongside the Pulse team, you'll lead volunteers, streamline processes, and foster a positive, professional environment. Your efforts will contribute to an enjoyable and inclusive student experience, ensuring UOW Pulse's mission is fulfilled. Responsibilities Optimize Pulse Pantry operations, focusing on efficiency and student satisfaction. Lead and support a team of volunteers, creating an inclusive and positive culture. Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring students feel valued. Collaborate with the Pulse team to align Pantry initiatives with student experience goals. Develop and execute engaging activities and events to enhance student engagement. Ensure the Pantry space is well-maintained and equipped for an optimal student experience. Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing student queries and concerns. Collect and analyze student feedback for continuous improvement of Pantry services. Attend team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of Student Engagement. Qualifications A positive, passionate attitude towards student engagement and well-being. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and volunteers. Proactive, organized work ethic with effective task management and prioritization. A strong interest in student engagement is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative. Valid visa (if applicable) with working rights.
