Job Description What You’ll Do: Food Safety & Quality Assurance: Complete daily quality, GMP and hygiene checks, scheduled audits and production walkthroughs to verify compliance with HACCP plans and Critical Control Points (CCPs), and review product quality and operational performance. Non-Conformance & Corrective Action: Manage QA holds and non-conforming products, document food safety and quality breaches, and apply corrective and preventative actions in collaboration with site leaders. Quality Systems & Documentation: Maintain and review quality documentation, SOPs and specifications, control current and obsolete records, assist with specification updates, training materials and reporting. Audits & Export Compliance: Support internal and external audits, maintain export licence compliance, and ensure adherence to legal, customer and international certification requirements Laboratory Testing, Sanitation & Systems: Conduct environmental and product sampling, review COAs, support HACCP and hygiene verification programs, complete pre-operational inspections, monitor sanitation performance, and verify calibration of quality-related equipment.
