Job Description Permanent, Full Time Reporting to the Clinic and Campus Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include: Assisting across clinic and campus reception areas, handling enquiries, visitors, mail, deliveries, access cards, and contractor coordination to ensure consistent service delivery. Organising daily clinic reception and dispensary activities, processing bookings and payments, managing stock and banking, and supporting student and supervisor onboarding into clinic systems and workflows. Acting as the first point of contact for student and client enquiries, supporting Access & Equity and International students, coordinating client communications, and providing guidance through consultations, webinars and daily interactions. Maintaining clinic and campus facilities, shared spaces, and resources; completing stocktakes; managing supplies, signage and collateral; and ensuring rooms and learning environments are prepared and functional. Maintaining accurate and confidential clinic and student records, monitoring compliance requirements, updating support materials and workflows, and ensuring adherence to privacy, legislative and institutional standards. Supporting campus and clinic events, graduations and engagement activities; fulfilling WHS responsibilities including First Aid and Fire Warden duties; and working collaboratively across teams to ensure operational coverage and continuous improvement. Flexibility across both clinic and campus streams is essential to ensure consistent service delivery and operational coverage.
