Get discounts on private health insurance, gym memberships and travel and so much more Your Role as Administration and Intake Officer As an Administration Coordinator, you’ll support The Way Back and Suicide Prevention Services by keeping operations running smoothly, managing referrals, conducting intake screenings, and acting as the first point of contact to help deliver timely , high-quality care. Key accountabilities include: Maintain program compliance, audits, and accreditation Keep credentialing, registrations, insurance, and MOUs current Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Prepare weekly invoices in TechOne Provide reception and frontline admin support Process referrals and conduct intake and follow-ups Coordinate staff induction and orientation Maintain IT services Reconcile WMQ credit cards Assist with events and meetings This is a fixed term position until July 2026 What We’re Looking For NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Orientation completed Relevant qualification and/or experience in admin or community services Strong admin and IT systems skills (Office 365, TechOne, databases) High-level interpersonal and communication skills Experience supporting people in emotional distress Strong problem-solving and analytical ability Excellent organisation and time management skills Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain) A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have! Tertiary level qualifications in social work, mental health and/or other relevant disciplines Essential Requirements Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy) Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
