Restructuring, Disputes & Insolvency Lawyer About the Role: Due to continued growth within the Corporate Group, the firm is seeking a talented and motivated Restructuring, Disputes & Insolvency Lawyer to join a leading practice in this space. In this role, you will work on complex, high-profile matters across the full spectrum of restructuring and insolvency. You will advise a diverse client base that includes lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors, shareholders, and creditors, often on matters that are both legally challenging and commercially significant. You will work closely with five partners as part of a large, multidisciplinary team that brings together corporate, commercial, banking and finance lawyers, along with litigators who have deep expertise in restructuring and insolvency. This collaborative environment ensures exposure to varied work, high-quality mentorship, and the opportunity to develop well-rounded expertise. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including corporate restructurings, voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships, and contentious insolvency disputes Working on complex and high-profile matters for a diverse client base, including lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors, shareholders, and creditors Preparing and drafting a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, court filings, legal advice, financial restructuring plans, and Deeds of Company Arrangement Collaborating closely with partners and senior practitioners across multiple practice groups to deliver integrated, commercially focused legal solutions About You: You are a motivated lawyer with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience , who enjoys working on complex matters and thrives in a high-performing, collaborative environment.
