Your New Company The Lorian Group have partnered with a newly established construction business specialising in commercial retail builds up to $10m. While the company itself is young (around 2-3 years), it has already delivered steady growth over the past two years and secured a strong pipeline of work for the next 12–18 months. A key strength of the business is its client relationships. Most projects are delivered through ECI, meaning sensible programs, realistic budgets, and fewer surprises once on site. Your New Role As Site Manager, the role is hands-on and site-focused. You will be responsible for the full delivery of commercial retail projects from site establishment through to practical completion. The projects are typically fast-paced retail builds, requiring strong coordination of subcontractors, close attention to safety and quality, and the ability to keep programs moving. Projects are generally located between northern Gold Coast and central Brisbane, and some travel between is to be expected.
