We are seeking an experienced BIM Lead to join a Building Services team in Melbourne, with a strong background in Tier 1 environments and large, complex projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technically demanding settings and enjoys leading BIM delivery at scale. The Role as the BIM Lead, you will take ownership of BIM strategy and delivery across major building services projects, working closely with engineering, design, and digital teams. You’ll be a key driver of quality, consistency, and innovation across high-profile developments. Key Responsibilities Lead BIM delivery for Building Services on major, multi-disciplinary projects. Establish and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and quality controls across projects. Coordinate models across building services and other disciplines, ensuring seamless integration. Manage clash detection, coordination reviews, and model audits. Act as the primary BIM point of contact for large project teams and senior stakeholders. Mentor and support BIM and engineering team members, raising overall digital capability. Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM systems, tools, and processes. About You Demonstrated experience in a Tier 1 consultancy. Proven track record working on major projects (e.g. large commercial, infrastructure, healthcare, transport, or mixed-use developments). Strong hands-on expertise with Revit, Navisworks, and common data environments (e.g. ACC/BIM 360 or similar). Deep understanding of BIM execution plans, standards, and large-scale coordination. Confident communicator with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across large project teams. Detail-focused, organised, and comfortable managing multiple complex deliverables.
