Coordinating service department and loan car bookings and in a timely and accurate manner Recommending and selling necessary products and services to the customer Working collaboratively and efficiently with all departments of the dealership including Sales, Parts, Bodyshop, Customer Relations and Marketing Requirements : Be customer focused and able to establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
