Senior Network Engineer - Permanent - Hybrid - Shift Pattern About the company Tier 1 Organization Competitive package - $120k base super bonus shift loading Hybrid work in Sydney About the role A large Australian company are looking to recruit a Senior Network Engineer on a permanent basis to work on their Corporate IP Network out of their Sydney office. The role will be working on a 24x7 rotating shift pattern Responsibilities: Network and Security operations and administration Working alongside and supporting junior members of the team Analysis and response to security and network events, faults and outages Incident, problem and change management practices Network surveillance Optimisation across IP networks and firewall security Key Skills: Experience with Cisco routers and switches Experience with checkpoint or Fortinet firewalls Knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc Experience with analysis tools like Splunk or ELK and network management systems Working knowledge of things like Cisco ISE and Campus Wi-Fi CCNP level
