About the Role: Carbiz is looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive who’s ready to take the next step in their career. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting teammates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences - while being actively developed into a future Team Leader. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, vehicle deliveries, and customer onboarding, while also supporting team training, coaching, and process improvement. Clear progression into a Team Leader role Leadership exposure without jumping straight into formal people management Ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship Opportunity to influence processes and team performance Work closely with Operations leadership Key Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver vehicles to clients, ensuring timely, professional service Provide exceptional customer service, resolving enquiries and issues efficiently Coordinate vehicle logistics to support smooth daily operations Prepare vehicles for hire, maintaining high presentation standards Support client onboarding, ensuring customers feel informed and supported Act as a go-to support person for team members, assisting with operational questions and challenges Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching of new and existing team members Provide constructive feedback and support to help lift team performance Manage and resolve more complex customer matters Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies About You: Proven experience in customer service, operations, or a similar hands-on role Valid Australian drivers license and willingness to travel locally (essential) Prior experience in a leadership capacity andenjoys supporting and mentoring others Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities Calm under pressure and capable of handling complex customer issues Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Available to work shifts between 7:00am–8:00pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for weekends or if required Career Progression & Development: This role is ideal for someone who wants to step into leadership.
