Your role will centre on delivering expert human resources solutions and advice in areas such as performance management, organisational improvement, and employment conditions. Collaborate with Queensland Treasury leaders across all levels to drive strategic people strategies, foster a connected departmental culture, and deliver valued workforce outcomes. In this role, you will:- Partner with executives and managers to align workforce strategies with business objectives.- Provide expert HR advice and coaching throughout all stages of the employment lifecycle, focusing on contemporary HR practices.- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders for successful implementation of HR initiatives and programs.- Contribute to critical projects, including Treasury's Strategic Workforce Plan and human resources policy framework reviews.- Address complex workforce challenges through high-quality analytical advice and comprehensive case management services.- Create and deliver strategic HR reports and briefings, ensuring data-driven decision-making practices.- Promote positive team culture and engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Business Partnering team. What experience you will bring:- Comprehensive HR management knowledge with expertise in interpreting employment legislation and workforce information.- Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide specialist guidance on complex HR matters.- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt quickly, identify workforce trends, and apply expert solutions.- Experience navigating complex HR challenges, including case management situations. To excel in this role, you will also bring:- Proven human resources management experience covering a broad spectrum of workforce matters.- Effective relationship-building skills to engage with stakeholders across all organisational levels.- Demonstrated expertise in contributing to strategic HR projects and initiatives.
