We are partnering with a well-established earthmoving and equipment hire business supporting major mining and civil construction projects. This is a rare standalone internal recruitment opportunity where you will run the function, be trusted to deliver, and become the first point of contact for all hiring across the business. Key highlights • Autonomous standalone recruitment role • You are the go-to person for all hiring with no HR or recruitment team around you • Office-based role, 5 days per week • Recruit trade and operational talent across mining, civil, and construction projects The role As the Internal Recruitment Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across the business, with a strong focus on trades and operational roles, including diesel fitters, mechanical fitters, heavy equipment specialists, and operators. You will partner directly with hiring leaders, build talent pipelines, keep hiring moving with pace and quality, and support onboarding to set new starters up for success. This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, making decisions, and running recruitment without the usual corporate red tape or micromanagement.
