Role Overview We’re looking for a Content Lead to take full ownership of our clients global TikTok presence - driving strategy, performance and commerce across multiple markets, with a strong focus on the UK. This is a senior role for someone who genuinely gets TikTok - not just as a content platform, but as a culture-shaping, revenue-driving engine . TikTok is one of the most important growth channels in the business, and this role will set the direction, build the playbooks and turn TikTok-native ideas into measurable brand growth and sales. This is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up role . What You’ll Be Doing Own the TikTok Universe Lead the global TikTok strategy across content, growth, commerce and creators Define content pillars, formats and success metrics aligned to brand and revenue goals Be the go-to TikTok expert - across trends, platform updates and best practice Create Content That Cuts Through Concept, script, film, edit and publish TikTok-native content Move fast on reactive, trend-led and real-time moments Build repeatable formats that balance entertainment, education and conversion Collaborate with founders, team members and creators for on-camera content Turn Views Into Revenue Own and scale TikTok Shop and Live Shopping, working closely with agency partners Lead the planning and optimisation of TikTok Lives, setting run-of-show, offers, host strategy and content flow with support of UK agency Test, iterate and optimise shop and live formats to maximise conversion and revenue Build a Creator Engine Build and manage a high-performing affiliate and creator ecosystem, with a focus on the UK Identify, onboard and brief creators while keeping execution authentic and creator-led Analyse performance and continuously refine partnerships based on results Measure, Learn, Repeat Own TikTok KPIs across growth, engagement and revenue Track performance across content, Shop, Lives and affiliates Share insights, learnings and recommendations across Brand, Content, Growth and E-commerce Ensure TikTok activity ladders back to broader brand priorities and campaigns What We’re Looking For 3 years’ experience working deeply with TikTok for brands or as a creator Proven success driving organic TikTok growth and performance Experience with TikTok Shop, Live Shopping and/or affiliate programs (highly regarded) Strong creative instincts paired with commercial and analytical thinking Comfortable filming, editing and appearing on camera when needed Confident working autonomously and making fast, informed decisions A genuine love for beauty, lifestyle and internet culture What’s On Offer Travel to the UK during key launch and growth phases Join a hyper-growth brand expanding into global markets Partner with leading creators and KOLs in the industry Real impact on brand growth and revenue — not just content metrics WFH flexibility If this sounds like you, apply today or email your resume straight to jayderosen@jivaro.com.au Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
