Support the implementation of Workcover and Injury Management projects and programs Work for a progressive organisation and play a key role in ensuring our organisation thrives Ongoing, full time role with flexible working arrangements available About the role Reporting to the Manager - Health and Safety, this role ensures compliance with legislative and organisational obligations while supporting injured employees to recover and return to work safely and sustainably. The role manages complex claims, liaises with WorkSafe, occupational rehabilitation providers and treating practitioners, and provides guidance to managers on appropriate case management, workplace adjustments and early intervention strategies. It contributes to the continuous improvement of Parks Victoria's injury management framework, focusing on prevention, early support and timely resolution. With a strong customer-service orientation and empathy, the Senior Workcover and Injury Management Advisor plays a key role in promoting a culture of care, wellbeing and shared accountability. This position supports Parks Victoria's commitment to protecting the physical and psychological health of its workforce, ensuring that recovery and work participation are supported in a fair, consistent and compassionate manner. We're looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience in partnering or working with teams in a complex environment Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety, Occupational Therapy or related fields is desirable Experience managing small projects Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation legislation, injury management practices, and return-to-work processes, with strong skills in case management, stakeholder communication Ability to analyse and resolve complex claims efficiently and empathetically Demonstrated ability to lead self, motivate and support staff to deliver quality health & safety outcomes Your application will need to include: A Current Resume A Cover Letter Application Close date : Sunday, 8 February 2026 (midnight) Sound like you?
