Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify children's functional abilities and needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support children's development and independence in daily activities Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care Provide a mix of clinic-based, community, and home/school visit sessions. Document client progress and maintain detailed clinical records Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development activities Contribute to the growth and development of the occupational therapy service at PaediaTricks' What we're looking for Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration Strong clinical skills in areas such as sensory integration, motor skill development, and emotional regulation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team What we offer Mentoring and supervision from a team of experienced and highly skilled therapists, with experience spanning over 35 years.
