We are a well established Medical Practice on the Central Coast that have been serving the local community of The Entrance and surrounding area for 40 years. We are looking for a friendly energetic RN or EN to join our team 3 days a week with availability at short notice to cover sick and annual leave. General Practice experience is preferred but not essential as we are willing to train the right person. You will be working in our well equipped treatment room and will work closely with our GPs to ensure the smooth running of the practice on a day to day basis. Duties Include but not limited to: General Treatment room duties INR Testing Assisting GP’s with iron infusions Assisting GP's with minor procedures: such as skin lesions/suturing Experience with wound management ECGS, Spirometry. Care Plans, Health Assessments, Chronic Disease Management Immunisation and Cold Chain Management Recalls and reminders Essential Requirements Current AHPRA Registration Nurse Immuniser or willing to obtain in the near future Experience with Ear Syringing or willingness to obtain certificate in Current CPR Training within the past 12 months Able to work as part of a team and independently Good communication skills both verbal and written Computer Literate Excellent Organisational & Time management skills Must be flexible Desirable Knowledge of Best Practice software but not essential. General Practice experience preferred but not essential
