The business has gone from strength to strength in recent years and they are looking for someone who wants to play a leading role in their ongoing success. They deliver commercial, civil and industrial projects up to $20m in value. Client Details Our client is a long established, family owned construction company who deliver commercial building projects up to $20m in value. Their Brisbane office has gone from strength to strength in recent years and the vast majority of their work is from repeat clients. Due to their ambitious growth plans, they are looking for an Estimator who can play a leading role within their pre-construction team. Description Key responsibilities will include: Taking the lead on tender submissions Take offs Attending tender interviews Producing Bills of Quantities Profile Selection criteria will include: Proven track record within the commercial and/or civil construction industry Strong relationship building skills with clients, sub-contractors Good understanding of the current sub-contractor market in SEQ Job Offer On offer: A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $150-160k A leadership role within the pre-contracts team A stable position within a financially strong business To apply online please click the 'Apply' button above.
