On behalf of Colligo Projects, we are excited to invite applications for a passionate and skilled full-time Cabinet Maker to joint the team and support the manufacture and installation of custom joinery across their project portfolio. The successful candidate will work from drawings and specifications to produce high-quality cabinetry and fit out components, with a strong focus on accuracy, finish, and on-site practicality. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Interpret shop drawings, plans, and specifications to manufacture custom joinery components Cut, assemble, and finish cabinetry (including panels, carcasses, doors, drawers, benchtops, and hardware) Operate and maintain workshop equipment (e.g., panel saw, edge bander, docking saw, routers/CNC where applicable) Measure, set-out, and install joinery on-site to a high standard and within project timeframes Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and workmanship standards Coordinate with project teams to resolve design/installation issues and meet delivery milestones Maintain tidy, safe working areas and care for tools and equipment Qualifications and Skills: Trade qualification in Cabinet Making/Joinery (e.g. Certificate III or equivalent) At least 01 year of proven experience in cabinetry/joinery (commercial fit out experience highly regarded) Strong ability to read plans, produce accurate work, and problem-solve on-site. Confident with hardware fit-off and delivering high-quality finishes. Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $76,000 - $85,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
