Involving managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the project is completed with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities: As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of the project. Oversee day-to-day site operations Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and implementing adjustments as necessary. Supervise and motivate on-site personnel to achieve project milestones. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues. Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Maintain accurate and detailed records of on-site activities and progress. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years industry experience working across large scale projects, upwards of $50m Proven experience as a Site Manager on a similar project is advantageous Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to environmental projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment. Proficient in project management software and tools.
