We’re looking for a high-calibre Videographer / Video Editor to take ownership of our video and digital content and help lead how the brand is seen across marketing, training, social media and brand storytelling. This role suits a strong editor who can create polished, engaging content — ideally combined with on-site filming capability. If you’re an excellent editor first and keen to grow further into filming, we still want to hear from you. This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Melbourne Eastern Suburbs head office. What You’ll Be Doing Editing short-form and long-form video content for: Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) Marketing campaigns and brand content Product demonstrations, training and technical videos Filming content in-house and on construction sites, warehouses and project locations Working closely with the marketing, product and technical teams Managing footage, timelines and multiple projects with confidence Bringing creative ideas to elevate brand content quality and brand presence Helping shape a consistent, professional video style across the business What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a video editor (videography experience highly regarded) Strong skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar Understanding of content performance across social and digital platforms Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Organised, reliable and deadline-focused Comfortable working in-office, Monday to Friday Must-Haves Strong video editing capability Available full-time, Monday – Friday (9am–5pm) Based in or able to commute to Eastern Suburbs Melbourne Australian work rights Portfolio or examples of relevant video work Basic lighting and audio knowledge Camera operation and on-location filming experience Nice to Have (But Not Essential) Experience shooting branded, industrial or construction-related content Interest in product, technical or instructional content Why Join the Company?
