Your Role Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of production operations, ensuring custom aluminium window and door orders are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems, and building strong teams while maintaining a clear focus on delivery and customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and develop production teams through effective labour planning, supervision, and inductions Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring WHS and company standards are consistently met Oversee daily production workflows to achieve quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement Manage machinery operation and maintenance, inventory control, and dispatch activities Plan and coordinate production schedules, documentation, and communication to meet delivery and customer requirements About You You’re a confident and practical leader with a strong manufacturing background and a genuine interest in people and process improvement. Ideally, you’ll bring: Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment Background in glass, glazing, window fabrication, or a related trade (highly regarded) Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and organisational ability A quality-driven, customer-focused mindset Sound computer skills and experience with ERP or manufacturing systems (Oracle preferred) Leadership & Management training or qualifications (desirable) Why Join Us?
