This newly created position, as Buying Manager, is an excellent opportunity for a current Buying Manager looking for a new challenge or a Product Manager who is ready to step into a broader, more strategic role. This senior role leads the brand’s buying function, with 4 direct reports and combines hands-on category ownership with strategic oversight of the end-to-end product direction whilst working closely with Production, Planning, Marketing & E-commerce, and Visual Merchandising to deliver aligned, profitable outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Leading the menswear buying and category strategy in line with brand and business objectives Driving product development, supplier partnerships, and ethical sourcing standards Managing category performance across sales, margin, stock, and OTB Leading, developing, and mentoring the product team To be successful within the role, you will have: Solid experience in apparel product with strong commercial awareness Experience with factories and direct sourcing High energy and a clear drive to deliver compelling, customer-focused product A naturally collaborative approach, building strong relationships across teams Highly organised and great communicator Tech savvy and Excel skills Menswear experience is advantageous You will work within a collaborative and fun team environment, offering a competitive salary package.
