We are seeking an experienced coordinator to join our team in a unique hybrid role. This position combines front-of-house campus operations and student support with back office finance support and operations. This is a full-time position, based 5 days in the office, working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. You will be the first point of contact for students and visitors on our campus, while also playing a critical role in our finance functions across debtors, reporting and administrative support. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people and systems in equal measure; and wants to build their experience in core finance duties. Responsibilities Front Desk & Campus Support: Act as the first point of contact for students, clients, and visitors, both in person and remotely, delivering a welcoming and professional customer experience Provide front-of-house support including managing reception, responding to enquiries, and coordinating campus communications Maintain high standards across training rooms and hospitality areas, ensuring spaces are presentable and operationally ready Finance & Administration: Manage the Accounts Receivable inbox, responding to queries and supporting timely resolution of outstanding items Support the supplier onboarding process, ensuring accurate documentation and system setup Perform bank reconciliations and consolidate invoices in line with internal processes Process credit notes and maintain accurate financial records Follow up outstanding accounts by phone and email, supporting debt recovery activities Assist with reporting and general administrative support to the finance team as required About You You’re organised, proactive, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly. You’re comfortable working across teams, managing details, and supporting both people and processes.
