About the role The position is based in Brisbane, and the successful candidate will have the option to work from home for two days per week under an approved Flexible Work Arrangement. In this crucial role you will oversee integrity and complaint management, assess and manage investigations of alleged misconduct and service delivery issues and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practices in service delivery. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing strategies for investigating customer complaint and employee conduct cases handled by the unit. Managing an investigations caseload to ensure the timely completion of high-quality investigations, and prepare exemplary reports, briefing papers and correspondence. Critically assessing identified instances of corrupt conduct and misconduct to identify systemic deficiencies in processes, procedures, or systems. Providing advice, support and guidance to managers and supervisors on corruption prevention strategies and incidents involving corrupt conduct and conduct. Driving continuous improvement by enhancing investigative practices, policies, procedures, and broader administrative systems across the Commission.
