The role encompasses purposeful, evidence‑based interventions that prioritise consumer safety. A key responsibility is the coordination and supervision of care delivered by nursing and multidisciplinary team members. The CNC provides clinical expertise, education, leadership and support to nursing staff, ensuring high‑quality, recovery‑focused consumer care.
