About the role To become a permanent rotational pharmacist in the RBWH Pharmacy Department. RBWH Pharmacy department has a strong reputation of education and clinical excellence. The department houses a large number of ANZCAP consultants, AdPha residents and Advanced training residents along with multiple university conjoints, senior academics and clinician researchers. The Pharmacy Department provides services seven days a week and the position is required to participate in departmental rosters, including after-hours and weekend and on call services and may be called on to work in locatons across MNHHS as well as the RBWH campus. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Provide clinical pharmacy services using experience and expertise in multiple areas within the pharmacy team Exercise independent professional judgement in resolving routine problems, with more complex clinical decisions and problem solving made with limited professional supervision and guidance; Provide professional clinical supervision to pharmacy interns, students and pharmacy support personnel; Provide clinical in-service training and education on a discipline specific and cross disciplinary basis, including to medical, nursing and other staff, undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy students, and support staff.
