What your day will look like In this Warwick‑based role, your day unfolds with meaningful interactions supported by a committed multidisciplinary team. You'll work directly with children, young people and their families in the community, using your advanced assessment and clinical judgement to develop and implement care plans that support recovery, resilience and better mental health outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues, schools, community partners and carers to ensure care is coordinated, safe and aligned with each family's strengths and goals. Your time will be spent building therapeutic relationships, engaging in case management, and contributing to continuous service improvement through quality activities, reflective practice and professional development.
