Due to ongoing growth, our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who has already gained exposure as an ADM and is looking to broaden their experience across the full development lifecycle. About the Role You will support the end‑to‑end management of residential development projects, working closely with senior team members across acquisitions, feasibility, design development, authority approvals, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist with the delivery of projects from concept to completion Prepare and maintain feasibilities, reports, and development documentation Coordinate consultants across planning, design, and engineering Support DA/CC processes and liaise with relevant authorities Track project performance, risks, timelines, and budgets Contribute to due diligence and site assessments Participate in design reviews and project meetings Provide project support to senior management across multiple live projects About You 1–3 years’ experience as an Assistant Development Manager (essential) Experience in residential development projects — apartments, townhouses, or mixed‑use Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or similar Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities Confident communication and stakeholder coordination skills A proactive, detail‑driven, and solutions‑focused approach A genuine passion for the development industry and quality built outcomes Why This Opportunity?
