You'll also have: 3-4 years Occupational Rehabilitation industry experience Strong leadership skills gained either in Occ Rehab, or perhaps a previous industry you've worked in Been a Rehabilitation Consultant / Counsellor and progressed to senior / management level A passion for people and service delivery innovation Opportunities to step up like this don't come up often, so don't delay in getting your resume across.
