Join our Northern Region Division as a Service Manager Star Group is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Northern Region service and minor works operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving safe, high‑quality, and successful delivery across reactive and preventative maintenance projects. You’ll oversee a skilled team, work closely with clients and suppliers, and ensure our service division continues to deliver the reliability and professionalism for which Star Group is known. Coordinate labour, materials, and resources to ensure efficient service operations Drive team performance, productivity, and continuous improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Prepare accurate costing, quotes, and tender responses Ensure projects meet compliance, safety, and quality standards Oversee budgets, labour allocation, and service delivery outcomes What You’ll Bring Electrical trade qualification (or equivalent) Strong experience in electrical service delivery and minor works Strong leadership and people management skills Demonstrated experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships Strong commercial and technical acumen Experience with simPRO or similar service management systems Full, unrestricted driver’s licence Ready to Join Us?
