About Your Role:
This is a rare opportunity! We are looking for people who are genuinely invested in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Previous training in a hospitality events environment is essential for this role & a creative, can-do attitude and aptitude for guest engagement & experience is non-negotiable.

About the Candidate:
- Events/Wedding Delivery experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Highly adaptable and able to perform and lead in high-pressure service periods.
- Experience in controlling COGS and labour.
- Experience in costing and ordering platforms.
- IT skills (Microsoft office)
- People skills in communication and management
- Demonstrated ability in building effective relationships with guests and their Team.
- Super organisational skills & great time management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation.
- People management & training experience.
- Systems knowledge; the ability to work with numerous platforms with ease & solid rostering experience.
- Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
- An open mind, be solution-centric and exude warmth with a genuine, good character.
