As the Marketing Officer, you’ll help deliver engaging marketing campaigns and content that lift visitation, improve the visitor experience and support the diverse programs across the Greater Sydney Parklands estate, including for Western Sydney Parklands, Parramatta Park, Centennial Parklands, Callan Park and Fernhill Estate. You’ll work across digital, social, and onsite channels while keeping information accurate, timely and aligned with our brand. You’ll juggle competing deadlines, collaborate with teams across multiple parklands, and use insights and reporting to help shape campaign decisions. For more information read the full Role Description: Marketing Officer What you will bring to the role Experience supporting marketing, visitor services or promotions across multiple programs or stakeholders. Strong digital skills, including website CMS, social media platforms, eDMs, and comfort using design tools. Experience coordinating, developing and procuring event and marketing collateral (print, outdoor and digital) and advertising within budget guidelines. Ability to plan, prioritise and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment with shifting deadlines. Clear, confident communication skills and ease working with colleagues, suppliers, media and stakeholders. A collaborative, proactive and motivated approach to learning and taking on new tasks. A commitment to customer‑focused communication, ensuring information is accurate, timely and engaging. What is an essential requirement: Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or Communications or equivalent work experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing.
