We’re looking for a Barista who’s confident behind the machine and enjoys creating a great experience for every customer. In this role, you’ll: • Craft consistently excellent coffee and hot beverages • Operate the café POS system and handle transactions accurately • Deliver warm, professional service to our RAA customers • Assist with simple food prep and help keep service running smoothly • Follow RAA’s food safety and hygiene procedures • Pitch in with general café duties to support the team About you You’re upbeat, reliable and love the hustle of a busy café — without the late nights. You’ll bring: • Solid barista experience and confident coffee-making skills • Experience working in a fast-paced café environment • A genuine customer-first approach • Basic food preparation knowledge • Strong teamwork and communication skills • The ability to stay calm, organised and friendly during busy periods About us Established in 1903, RAA is proudly South Australian and has been trusted by the community for more than 120 years.
