As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will provide both strategic and hands‑on support across the business. Working closely with leaders and employees, you’ll help cultivate a positive, high‑performing workplace through effective people practices, continuous improvement, and values‑aligned initiatives. About the Role: Partner with business leaders and managers to understand organisational objectives and align people strategies accordingly. Work closely with leaders and teams to provide expert HR advice, solutions, and support Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and a positive workplace culture consistent with company values Support leaders with change management, organisational design, and continuous improvement projects. Implement workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives to ensure the company has the right skills and capabilities for the future. Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Guide managers through performance review processes, provide coaching, and assist with managing underperformance and development plans. Advise on and resolve employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, supporting fair and consistent application of policies, procedures and compliance with Fair Work Act and other relevant legislation. Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives to build capability across the business. Promote, Implement and support WHS initiatives, ensuring a safe working environment in accordance with Australian standards. Lead and support diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to foster a welcoming and respectful workplace. Participate in and lead P&C projects and process improvements aligned with strategic objectives. Ensure all People and Culture practices comply with local, state, and federal laws, and relevant awards.
