THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to join our IT Services division. Reporting to our Head of Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales efforts by designing and delivering cutting-edge IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, end-user computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise networking solutions. You will be the trusted advisor to our customers, bridging their business needs with our technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive achievement of sales targets by designing strategic, customer‑focused solutions and delivering clear technical presentations. Partner with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to identify, qualify, and progress opportunities, including leading discovery workshops and audits. Develop high‑quality solution documentation such as architectures, statements of work, cost models, and reusable offerings/pricing frameworks. Support sales enablement and tender responses, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and business objectives. Build strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor, managing inquiries and issues with professionalism and urgency. Stay current with emerging technologies, certifications, and industry trends while collaborating with Product and Delivery teams on new service offerings.
