Job Description We are seeking individuals with a background in Reception and/or Administration to work Full Time on an 8‑month fixed‑term contract within the Occupational Rehabilitation sector, based in Deakin, Canberra (ACT). Full-time fixed term position; Welcome and assist clients and visitors at a reception desk; Assisting with mailing and accepting deliveries of letters and small parcels; Facilitating online orders for office supplies and services, including management of stock levels. Manage incoming calls and email enquiries; Provide excellent customer service to colleagues, clients and customers; Keep the reception areas clean and tidy; Accurate data entry into IPAR’s client database system as required; Working as part of a customer service team assisting with client appointment bookings; Engage with our friendly, fun, supportive, and inclusive team.
