Job Description We are seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to join our WA Civil team. This senior role provides technical leadership across a wide range of civil, structural, resources and geotechnical projects and offers an opportunity to step into the Discipline Lead role for Western Australia. The role will include: Leading and approving technical work related to civil engineering design and project delivery Providing technical expertise throughout feasibility, design, construction and integration phases Managing project work to ensure technical, contractual and quality requirements are met Overseeing QA and QC for civil design projects Reviewing and signing off engineering deliverables, reports and technical studies Coordinating and delivering projects and proposals Monitoring project budgets, timelines and scope changes Leading, mentoring and supporting engineers across all levels Participating in client management, business development and proposal writing Contributing to annual business planning and participating in leadership initiatives
