They are a luxury high-end residential builder with years of experience in Sydney. Their Commitment has been to create exceptional homes that seamlessly blend intelligent designs with impeccable construction and personalised finises. They are currently looking for a talented and experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join their team full-time. The ideal candidate will handle a range of Artictural tasks associated with residential fit-outs and general carpentry. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work with a vibrant team and play a key part in the success of their projects. You will have the following duties in the role: Assisting Construction Managers, Architects, and Surveyors with project planning, coordination, and scheduling Interpreting technical drawings, regulations, standards, and codes of practice to support compliant design and construction Preparing, reviewing, and revising sketches, working drawings, specifications, plans, and technical documentation Inspecting works and materials to ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and quality standards, and coordinating work programs Collecting and analysing site and survey data, performing calculations, and estimating project costs and timelines Requirements Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are strongly encouraged to apply. AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in a related field At least 1 - 2 years of demonstrated experience as a architectural draftperson Skilled in using carpentry tools architectural software tools. Capable of reading editing creating and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
