You’ll be: Counted in ratio and working on the floor Actively engaging with children, families, and educators every day Leading by example through play, connection, and strong practice Supporting and mentoring educators as they grow Managing day-to-day operations with guidance and support Ensuring compliance with the NQF while building quality practice About you You’re passionate, motivated, and ready for more responsibility.
