Role Overview This role focuses on developing and managing sales activities in the Australian market while supporting international expansion. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding distribution channels. Key Responsibilities 1.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and support market growth. 2.Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including Aged Care facilities, Medical Centres, Day Hospitals, Specialist Centres, wholesalers, and retail customers. 3.Promote company products and solutions to meet client needs and increase market penetration. 4.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends. 5.Support pricing strategies, provide feedback on customer insights and competitor activity, prepare sales reports, and record relevant sales data for management. 6.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective sales execution, after-sales services and customer satisfaction. 7.Prepare quotes, negotiate terms with clients, and complete contracts and sales documentation as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a medical or health-related discipline. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a related industry. A strong desire to succeed and a proven sales track record. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
