This role is pivotal in delivering high quality HR advice and partnering with senior leaders across ASD to drive workforce strategies that align with organisational priorities. As an EL1 HR People Partner, you will provide guidance across a range of HR functions including strategic recruitment and on boarding, strategic workforce planning, workforce relations, WHS and case management. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement initiatives that enhance capability, engagement and compliance with legislative and policy frameworks. Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies that support organisational objectives. Provide advice and leadership on complex HR matters including organisational change, workforce planning and performance management. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver proactive and solutions focused HR support that influences and achieves business outcomes. Lead and contribute to HR initiatives that improve workforce capability and culture. Analyse workforce data and trends to senior leadership to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Strong knowledge of HR policies, frameworks and relevant legislation within the APS. Proven ability to manage complex HR issues and provide sound, evidence-based advice.
