The key duties of the position include The Role The Test & Evaluation (T&E) Manager provides a critical function to the achievement of Land Fires Program (LFP) capability outcomes. LFP delivers and manages a broad range of capabilities. The T&E Manager is responsible for supporting tactical, long range, defensive and integrated Fires. Key accountabilities include, but not limited to: Ensure Test & Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) and other supporting plans represent a sound basis on which to conduct T&E; Plan, develop, coordinate, manage and (where appropriate) conduct T&E Activities for LFP capabilities; to include advice on resourcing and engagement with Land Test Evaluation Agency and other relevant Agencies across the Defence Enterprise; Provide advice on T&E methodology, planning, scheduling, conduct, evaluation and reporting; Identify and respond to emergency requirements as appropriate. About our Team Land Fires Program sits within Land Capability Division, Army Headquarters. The program is accountable for the management and delivery of capabilities from Long Range Fires, Tactical Fires, Defensive Fires, Integrated Fires and Effects. This diverse and broad spectrum of capabilities requires an integrated workforce across the services (Army, Navy, Air Force) and Australian Public Servants and Contractors with skills and experience to meet the unique capabilities managed by Land Fires Program.
