About the role We are seeking a Christian school administrator to join our Distance Education team on a permanent, part time basis (2 days per week). Requirements Role Responsibilities Oversee the DE admin office and associated protocols. Be the first point of contact for phone, email, onsite staff and visitors. Triage questions and enquiries from the parent body and wider community. Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders Ensure the smooth running of application process from the point of initial inquiry Support DE with administrative tasks and communication as required. Support staff with the running of events and the booking of meetings as required Maintain accurate attendance records in line with legislative and ACC requirements About you You have suitable qualifications/experience. You possess a capacity to nurture a growing school with a hands-on approach. You are highly motivated and able to build rapport with students and staff You are confident in the use of technology.
