We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Cafe Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities Plan, organise, and oversee the daily operations of the café to ensure efficient and smooth service. Manage and supervise café staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management. Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered. Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to minimise waste and control costs. Manage budgets, cash handling, and daily financial transactions in accordance with business procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations at all times. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and effectively. Liaise with suppliers and maintain positive business relationships. Ensure the café premises, equipment, and facilities are well maintained and presented
