The Role: Reporting to the Executive Manager, Health, Safety and Security, this role supports the delivery of a strong health, safety and security culture across SMCT. You will coordinate day to day HSW and security activities, support wellbeing initiatives and ensure systems, reporting and compliance obligations are met across multiple cemetery sites. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions and injury management processes Maintain HSW and security registers, systems, databases and intranet content Support audits, reporting and legislative compliance across health, safety and security Coordinate wellbeing initiatives, including Activate Health and EAP programs Prepare HSW communications and support engagement across employees and contractors Schedule and coordinate HSW meetings, training, inductions and committees Analyse HSW data and support continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate security operations including CCTV, access control, duress alarms and contractor oversight Your Profile: You are highly organised, detail focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You enjoy working collaboratively and take pride in supporting safe, compliant and well run workplaces.
