This is a key leadership role for someone who is committed to high-quality early childhood education, child safety, and empowering educators to be their best. About the Role As the Centre Based Childcare Team Leader, you will role model excellent leadership, foster a positive and inclusive team culture, and support educators to deliver high quality, engaging programs for children and families. You will play a critical role in ensuring the service operates safely, effectively, and in line with the National Quality Framework, while contributing to broader strategic outcomes across the service and organisation. About You You are an inspiring and capable early childhood leader who is passionate about quality education, child safety, and continuous improvement. You bring strong communication and relationship-building skills and thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. You will demonstrate: Proven leadership experience in centre-based early learning Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Victorian early years frameworks A commitment to child-centred, inclusive, and reflective practice The ability to mentor, support, and develop educators Sound operational and organisational skills The Benefits This is a temporary full time position from 24 March 2026 until 5 April 2027, with a starting salary of $76,310 per annum.
