About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Account Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities and asset management services across a key client portfolio in Sydney. This role is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring contractual, financial and operational outcomes are consistently achieved. As the primary point of accountability for the account, you will drive performance, support your team’s development, and ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with agreed expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of approximately 8–9 professionals across facilities operations, projects and compliance Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and escalation point Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and reporting Ensure all contractual KPIs, service levels and deliverables are met or exceeded Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset performance and service delivery Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements, internal systems and contractual obligations Manage subcontractors and service providers to ensure quality, safety and value About You Demonstrated experience managing facilities, property or integrated services contracts Strong leadership capability with the ability to engage, motivate and develop teams Solid financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and forecasts Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple stakeholders effectively Process-driven, adaptable and results-focused approach Current driver licence and reliable transport Relevant qualifications in Property, Facilities Management, Business or a related discipline (desirable)
