Job Description Business Services Associate Join Hub Australia as an Account Manager (Business Services Associate), you’ll support new and existing members through customer support and post-sale assistance, including answering calls and responding to general enquiries. You’ll guide members through the onboarding journey, help them understand available products and services, unlock value early, and ensure a smooth start to their membership. You’ll help ensure our members and customers receive a seamless, professional experience, while contributing to the development, performance and optimisation of revenue-generating products. What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to!): Own the post-sale onboarding journey for new members, guiding them through a smooth transition, setting them up in our systems, and introducing them to Hub’s product and service offerings. Drive the growth of the ancillary product revenue through customer onboarding and post-sale support, and guide new members through the onboarding journey, helping them understand available products and services. Coordinate ancillary enquiries (e.g. tech add-ons, car parking, office customisation, and more), ensuring customers receive clear information and an efficient pathway to purchase. Coordinate and manage incoming enquiries across calls, emails and chats, providing professional, friendly and timely support for Hub customers. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into Hub’s management and partnership systems to support information retention and reporting. Support the team effort on the development and management of products that drive flexible revenue streams. Monitor product performance and contribute ideas to improve profitability, functionality and customer experience. Help develop, implement and monitor training materials that ensure Hub teams are confident in our products and services. Assist with the coordination and delivery of business-wide projects and new initiatives.
